Thankyou so much for your site, and wealth of info, fantastic! I am HCV 1a positive, Australian, and need to access the new Sovaldi / Ledipasvir combo treatment as I’ve previously treated with Incivek / telaprivir and Interferon, so the ensuing resistances make this Sov / Led combo the most likely effective possibility. I lived in India for most of my adult life, and plan to return ASAP, so my question to you is whether you believe this combo will become available there, and in what kind of time frame (get out your crystal ball!!). I know that it’s hard to say, but I would imagine that even if talk re licensing with Gilead go pear shaped, the combo would anyway be manufactured generically (as I believe it is already being manufactured in China?)
