The APIC has thoroughly revised the “How to do” document that explains the guideline ICH Q7. Here you can see how the new document interprets the requirements concerning a GMP compliant manufacture of active pharmaceutical ingredients against the background of the current developments.
Shortly after the entry into force of the Good Manufacturing Guide for Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients ICH Q7 in the year 2000 the Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients Committee APIC wrote the “How to do” document which clarifies the requirements of the guideline on the basis of experience gained from operational practice.
